Shipping Policy

For in-stock items, we aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. I do have a day job so please be forgiving if it takes me a day or two longer 🙁

Pre-orders take a little extra love and time. Since each piece is handmade, expect an additional 2-4 weeks before it’s ready to go. If it’s a big drop, check our updates for more specific timelines.

Shipping costs are estimated at checkout. Got questions? Ask me before you click that “buy” button!

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number—so you can refresh that tracking page like it’s your new favorite hobby.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your pottery, but if it’s not a match made in ceramic heaven, we’ve got you.

If you’re not 100% thrilled, email us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send you return instructions. Once we receive the piece in like-new condition, you’ll get a full refund (minus return shipping, unless it arrived broken—that’s on us).

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days. Handle with care! If your return arrives looking like it lost a battle with a sledgehammer, we, unfortunately, can’t offer a refund. If packing fragile items isn’t your thing, a trusted shipping service can help!

Need to cancel? Do it ASAP! Some orders ship same-day, and once it’s out the door, there’s no turning back.

No Returns On:

  • Custom or personalized pieces (they were made just for you!)
  • Digital downloads (because, well, they’re already in your inbox)

Refunds

If your pottery arrives looking like it got into a brawl with a delivery truck, snap some clear photos and send them to us within 48 hours. We need proof for the shipping carrier, and then we’ll make things right with a refund or exchange.

Miss the 48-hour window? Unfortunately, we can’t process claims after that—so don’t delay, document that damage!
