Hand thrown pottery Goddess Vessel that I created for my senior thesis show in 2014 that involved celebrating the female form while exploring the relationship between women and their role as holders of secrets.

Size: Approximately 9 inches tall and 4 inches across the hips. 

Clay: Dark brown clay body with rich flecking.  I developed this clay body for these forms which allowed for a variety of tones depending on firing temperature.

Glaze: None

*Note: Due to the nature of naked clay (much like Terracotta), this may seep water over time.  Make sure to put this on a tray if you are going to hold water in it or place a water tight container inside.
